Agile Iowa is a group dedicated to collaboration and promotion of Agile development. Though small in numbers, it is mighty in scope. Nothing less than changes in attitudes, ideas about people and habits in guiding projects to true success is what we hope to accomplish.
I suppose a manifesto might be in order but that’s been done. But maybe it is worth repeating:
Individuals and interaction;
Working software;
Customer collaboration; and
Responding to change.
